PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our Semi-Dry Blueberry is 100% blueberries, no grapes added. We crush and ferment this wine on the skins to extract deep tannins from the blueberries. We bottle it young and crisp with almost no oxidation, which keeps the wine fruity and fresh with very low sulfites. Our Semi-Dry Blueberry wine has a fairly sweet start, a smooth berry taste and a dry finish.
