Carefully selected Tannat grapes are handpicked at Cerro Chapeu, where the unique red sand soils, continental climate and variation in daytime temperature provide ideal conditions for this variety. The fruit is vinified in our winery by gravity, with open tank macerations for 10 days and aging in second-use French oak barrels for 12 months.
