Brilliant ruby-red colour. Intense, elegant and complex bouquet, with ripe black and red fruit aromas, but maintaining the original freshness of the variety. Perfectly assembled and integrated oak with sweet spices (cocoa and blond tobacco), enveloped in a diary sensation.  The palate is  fleshy with concentrated fruits and a very wellbalanced acidity.  And  creamy and sweet oak notes over a mineral background on the finish.  The Garnacha grapes are harvested from 75 year old vines, are de-stemming and cold macerated for 4 days then fermented in stainless steel with daily punch downs.  Malolactic fermention occurs naturally for 42 days in new 225 l barrels and then the wines continues to age for another 15 months in barrels.  The sediment settles in the barrels and clarification happens naturally with quarterly racking.  The wine is bottled without filtering.  Fast Delivery @ Wholesale Prices
