PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Cabernet grapes were de-stemmed, crushed, cold macerated for 13 hours and we pumped over the cap throughout fermentation to delicately pull the nuances achieving a more extracted style.
TASTING PERSPECTIVE:
Decadent plum and cherry jam. Broad-shouldered tannins enhance an already powerful presence. It’s big. But it’s contained too, waiting to grab a hold. Even after a few hours in a decanter, it’s a little secretive, layered and alluring. If you appreciate hard-hitting precision, drink it now, or let it age, and revel in nuanced maturity.
