Il Ducale shows notes of cassis, cherries, plums, and chocolate, which then fade into aromas of vanilla, tobacco, eucalyptus, and spice. The wine opens with fruit-driven notes. Perfect accompaniment to herb-roasted chicken, sun-dried tomato risotto, and beef carpaccio.
