PRODUCT INFORMATION
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Anthology enhances the richness of their basic Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a denser, darker ruby/purple color. Loads of crème de cassis, licorice and floral notes. The wine is medium to full-bodied with supple tannins and a nice, velvety finish. It should drink nicely for 10-15 years.
Aromatics open with dark inky layers of blackberry, dark cherry, and bramble spice with a touch of sweet tobacco. Broad, rich layers extend through the palate and linger on the finish.
