PRODUCT INFORMATION
Cherry red, very vivid. Raspberry and cherry aromas. Spicy hints of cloves, nutmeg or white pepper. It evokes rosemary and hawthorn. Fresh, with unctuousness that adds volume. Polished tannins and a fair balance between fruit and wood. We make this paid wine in our small family winery with its own Denomination of Origin. Its limited annual production, barely 80,000 bottles, allows Pago Calzadilla to use a combination of traditional processes and ecological agriculture that are appreciable in the final quality of the wine.
