Mister Lardière honed his craft on the world class Pinot Noirs of Burgundy, France for some 42 years, and now brings that passion, skill and expertise to the hallowed Pinot Noir terroir of Willamette Valley. Bravo Mister Lardière, and merci beaucoup for this phenomenal effort! The Resonance will go beautifully with many other options, such as grilled rib lamb chops and garlic confit, seared duck breast with pomegranate/orange glaze, or a decadent morel risotto.
